Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11/09/2026

1. Data Controller

The controller of your personal data is STUDIO MOKA, based in Poland. Contact: office@studiomoka.pl.

2. Data We Collect

Through the contact form we collect:

  • full name,
  • company name,
  • email address,
  • phone number (if provided),
  • message content and any attached files or links.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed solely for the purpose of:

  • responding to your enquiry or job application,
  • preparing and delivering a cooperation proposal,
  • conducting business correspondence.

4. Legal Basis

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) of the GDPR — consent of the data subject, performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the controller (handling enquiries).

5. Anti-spam Verification

To protect against spam and abuse, form submission requires a simple math challenge (e.g. 5 + 6 = ?). The challenge is generated and validated on the server and expires after a short time.

6. Retention Period

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless applicable law requires a longer retention period.

7. Data Recipients

Data may be shared with trusted IT service providers (hosting, email handling) who process it only on our behalf and under data processing agreements.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • access and rectify your data,
  • request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”),
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time,
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise your rights, please contact us at office@studiomoka.pl.

9. Cookies

This website uses only essential technical cookies required for its proper operation. We do not use marketing tracking or profiling.
